Waiting 2 months for replacement matress

We bought a King size bed from OK furnitures and a few months later the matress started to give in. On the 4/12/2012 our complaint was recieved from Sealy and I was given the instruction to contact OK Furnitures in Greeenacres Port Elizabeth (where the bed was purchased) and request that OK Furnituers order a replacement matress for us. I phoned OK furnitures and spoke to a consultant. I was told that Sealy would fax an authorization letter to them and they would order the matress. I was promised that it should take3 a week or two. On the 7/12/2012 I was contacted by a Sipho from ok Furnitures and Was tols that they had recieved the authorization and the matress would be ordered. I was then told this would take 2-3 weeks. I asked to be notififed as soon as the matress arrived. the 4/02/12 I phoned in to enquire about the matress as it had now been 2 months since the order should have been placed. To our utter shock, the matress had never been orderd by OK furnitures!!! Me and my family have been sleeping on our old bed to prevent the matress from getting dirty, so would someone please explain to us why this is taking so long and why nobody had the decency to notify us???
