I arrived in east london on tuesday the 28th of Feb, and went to mdantsane city mall to go purchase a TV on account, I first went to Joshua Doore to open an account, where I have been given the run around after supplying them with the necessary documents to open the account, I was soo appauled with their service that I went to go cancel on Sat, and went to best electric where I was told by the sales lady that they do have an lg 50cm plasma tv at the back but it was not placed on display because of the space, I then opened an account with them for the tv as. The tv was R8000 and was told that the tv would be delivered that sat and the store closes at 14:00pm on saturdays, I waited the whole sat and sunday for the tv to be delivered until I got the call from the sales lady telling me that the tv is out of stock in all their stores, and the onlt one they have is a samsung 51cm tv that is 9.5, in which I told her that is not what I signed up 4, what is happening with the service in these shops
