In mid October 2013 I telephonically placed an order for a matress with Homechoice. I was contacted mid November 2013 on a Thursday (already a month later might I add) by a representative of Homechoice's warehouse whom confirmed that my matress will be delivered that Saturday, supposedly before 14:00. I wasted my whole Saturday by sitting at home waiting for the delivery to come! Needless to say, no-one pitched up. That succeeding week I received a call from Homechoice enquiring as to whether I cancelled my order, which I did NOT. I've phoned Homechoice twice after that enquiring as to when I can expect delivery of the matress, each time I was assured that such delivery would take place the succeeding Saturday... NEVER happened. Despite my frustrations, I still want to buy the matress, but I am just not getting any assistance from Homechoice in this regard. They are never able to sort the problem out and are forever promising that someone from the client services department will phone me and I'm still waiting! Still don't have the matress, its now close to 2 months since I placed the order! This is ridiculous!!!
