I BOUGHT TWO JACK LA LANNES POWER JUICERS A FEW YEARS AGO.ONE IS STILL BRAND NEW IN THE BOX.THE ONE THAT I CURRENTLY USE CRACKED AT THE SPINDLE .I OPENED THE NEW ONE AND NOTICED THAT THE SPINDLE ALSO HAD HAIR LINE CRACKS WHICH WILL CAUSE THE SAME PROBLEM WITHIN A FEW USES, THIS IS PROBABLY A DESIGN PROBLEM.I PHONED VERIMARK WHO CLAIM THAT THEY DO NOT CARRY SPARES ANYMORE.THESE MACHINES WERE R1500-00 EACH WHEN THEY WERE BOUGHT .I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR SPARES BUT THEIR RESPONSE IS "SORRY". I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN VERIMARK PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.BE SURE TO SEE ME AT THEIR RAND SHOW STALLS DISCOURAGING CUSTOMERS OF THEIR PRODUCTS.
