Me and My Husband purchased a bed at the Homecorp in Boksburg on the 17/08/2013. When they delivered the bed my husband saw that the matress had a tear at the bottom and asked them to return it to Storage, they refused and advised that the bed had to stay with us untill they deliver a new matress the following day.
The following day we were advised that they did not have stock of this matress and would have to order a new matress. After two wekks of following up we were advised that a Restonic rep had to come and view the matress before new stock could be ordered. When asked why it took two week for this to happen they advised that they had new staff that did not know the process. We followed up again and was advised by a "MANAGER" that he will look into the matter and call back but he never did. When I followed up again I spoke to a different manager that advised that he will sort it out a call me back. He made arrangements for our bed to be delivered on Monday and by 5PM still no bed. We asked that they deliver before 10 this morning but yet again we were left with empty promises. It has now been more than 3 week and still we are only left with Empty promises...
