Highly Dissatisfied

I purchaced a bed from Beds for Africa on 16/03/2009. The queen size matress start making terrible indents where I am laying. (Not even to say I am only 58kg... no indents on my husband side of the matress)!! The day we purchaced the bed the sales person guarenteed us that these non turn mattresses do not sag and you keep them for a life time.

I found the tax invoice and I am really dissatisfied with the quality of the Sealy matress - if I knew it is only going to last not even 4 years... I would have purchased something less cheaper!!!

I want to know what I stand to do because I dont want the rubbish that Sealy sells in my house any longer. My lower back can not handle this indents anymore!! And I will definitely ensure not to recoonmend sealy to ANYONE!!
