We bought a matress from Dial a bed in Boksburg at the end of April 2013. We went back to the store 2 weeks ago and complain because the matress feels like the springs is saging. We were informed it is not there problem and they will lodge a complain with the supplier. The supplier come out Yesterday 20/1/2014 and we were just contacted to say because we don't put the matress on there base the warranty don't apply. When we bought the matress they new it was for a new bed that has a wood base why didn't dial a bed told us there is no warranty.
