There is a centre court sale - bought a jersey for R99.95 on the 03/09/13, went back on the 04/09/13 to change it for a bigger size, there were no more in stock, the manager said that they can not give cash back. There wasn't anything else in the store that I wanted and had to just take anything to the same value. I was also told that there would be hoodies in the next day, but it was the same as the previous day (false advertising). With regards to the CPA I am entitled as the consumer to get my cash back with in 5 days no questions asked. I have my slip and the garment is in its original state as purchased. You can not force the consumer to exchange. Its exchange, refund or voucher!
