I bought a pair of Oakley Fuel Cell sunglasses just over a year ago (Nov '11). The lenses started bubbling... as what happened to most of the other clients on here. I had it sent in to be checked out and bought another pair of Antix.

Finaly after all the feastive season had passed I received feedback. And was told that it was sun light, hair products, etc. But no one is able to say why, they still busy trying to find out why it is happening.

I had my glasses sent there just to be given the offer of having the lenses replaced at a reduced price. After being told that they are aware of this happening they have extended their warranty on condition that you have the proof of payment, then only free of charge. I am sorry, but if they are aware of this occuring often, and even went to the trouble of extending their waranty, why should I still produce my proof of payment. It is their product aint it? And I am one of those people who do keep all my receipts, but am unable to produce it as my flat was flooded. So that is now out of the question.

I am furious at receiving such poor solutions from after sales on a so called great product.
