I bought a corset from Groupon, advised to get a size Large even though I'm a Medium. Corset was delivered, must have been Chinese sized Large, it didn't't even nearly fit. I phoned Monday Morning, was told they would look into the matter, Bur Trading was where the merchandise was received initially, and was told they would get back to me in 24hrs, their policy. Tuesday afternoon I phoned again and explained the situation again. The woman at the call centre said they don't take back lingerie, I told her well I couldn't even get it on. After much back and forth, they refused to exchange or refund me. I said to this woman, "so you're saying I may as well have JUST TORN UP THE R400 and flushed it down the toilet? ". Her answer was, "Well, unfortunately yes, that seems to be the case"! I have never been left so disgusted or so angry before, ever! I emailed them twice before this regarding the Corset, not to hear a word back from them. I've been left to think that companies use Groupon, with their "up to 70% off" items, because these companies cant shift their stock themselves and so Groupon use this as, LIMITED STOCK WITH INCREDIBLE DISCOUNT, NOT TO BE MISSED!! They are rather pathetic
