WORST SERVICE EVER

I bought a slay bed and a carpet and the furniture polish on the 22/12/2012, slay bed was delivered almost a month later the 18/01/2013, the bed was not assemble due to the fact they forget the screws, today is the 11/02/2012 my bed is still not assembled, is sitting piece by piece in my room taking space, i called the store a few times and they promise to come last Thursday the 07/02/2013 i am still waiting, i haven't received any call from them, spoken with the store manager and the sales person a million times and as for the carpet and the polish still not delivered. how long is it going to take for these people to do their job, i have no idea and i feel like my rights as a customer have been violated, I am hoping this will be resolved within the next 7 days.
