We saw a few nice Trenery and Country Road items on the Woolworths Website and went to the Hyde Park Branch (on 10th Feb 2013) to find and purchase them.

None of the items we wanted were in stock, despite the website reading "in stores now".

The other concern is that a few months back I tried on a Jersey which I liked, but decided not to buy it because it was the beginning of summer - I saw the Jersey again this weekend and thought I might buy it for winter, but it was R109.50 more expensive than when I originally saw it. You can see the tags on all the Jerseys have been cut or the prices scratched over with a pen and manually priced at R599.00.

I've just checked online and I see that online it is priced at R499.00?!

Whether it was an error by the staff or a clever move to increase prices before winter, three different prices for one garment is inexcusable.

Furthermore, the staff on the floor were extremely rude and chatted loudly to each other over the customers, acting totally oblivious to our presence.

Very unimpressed.
