I bought a Onyx sleigh bed from Furniture City Fourways on 06 April 2012. I was helped by Victor. After having the bed for a little over a month, the bed broke. I went to the store to have the bed replaced as it was still under guarantee. On 23 May 2012, a new bed was then delivered and all was well. On 19 January 2013 the second bed broke, in the the same place where the first bed had broken. On the same day I went to the store to log a complaint.

Now due to this I went to the store to complain that their product keeps breaking and I am fed up with it, as it also makes it very uncomfortable to use. I have been communicating with Victor about this issue, and he has failed me miserably and his excuse is that he can never get hold of his regional manger and he (regional manager) is the only person who can tell him what to do.

Today is the 11th Feb 2013, 3 weeks into this issue, I have been to the store over 3 times and nothing has been done, all I hear is one excuse after the other. Frankly I am tired of these people's incompetence and I want my money back. They can come collect their broken bed. I will never ever buy anything from Furniture City, what an appalling service.
