I had a lay-bye of a few furniture items worth R17, 500.00 and everything was delivered but when the assembler came to assemble the room divider there were broken parts and when he called the store manager to advise of this the manager told him to leave everything and return to the store. No one has been out since and when I approached the store manager he said he would refund the R6, 500.00 of the room divider and now he is singing a different song saying I should taking something else in the shop for that worrth. Please help me. My lounge is in a state with a broken room divider becaused I left everything where the assembler left it. This is since the week before Christmas 2013.
