Still waiting for CASH paid goods after a week!

On 28 February 2013, I went to House & Home to buy some new furniture, new couches for my living room, a wall unit and a glass table as a centre piece, all of which totaled to an amount of about R16 000, so that was no problem paying! This sales consultant then asked me if I would like the demo models (which are used for displayed purposes) delivered to me immediately? I responded by saying I paid for new furniture and would like the furnite from the store room! She replied by saying, you will wait for about 4 working days! I said it is fine, I will wait the 4 days! So according to me 4 working days will be on the 6th of March 2013, so the 6th of March came, and went, so I contacted the sales consultant who helped me, she the responded by saying, the goods that has been ordered at the warehouse has been declined, so she has to put another order in??? So she said it would take another 4 working days for this furniture to be delivered, so I said, ok its fine, I wll wait, again! So then 4 working days would then be on the 13th March 2013, today is the 14th of March and no contact has been made with regards to where my furniture is! If you count all the days it will be 2 weeks now!
