I bought a watch at NWJ Menlyn in November 2011 with the help of Nelson, a sales consultant, in October 2012 on of the arms got broken i took the watch in for repairs, Nelson told me it will take about 6 weeks he will call when it is ready. In December i went to the shop he was no longer working there, KERODE assisted me and she said she will check and call me and tell me what happened, the watch is still under warranty. She never called. On the 7th of February i went again and Kerode had no clue what i was talking about, she was again referring to the fact that Nelson did not do his job. I waited for her again to call head Office and find out what is happening. When i got back she told me i have to pay R200.00 FOR THE REPAIR.Which she said was for the arm belt and the waterproofing of the watch 2 things i never requested to be done on the watch, and the watch was still not there. Please NWJ teach your stuff company policies and procedures and customer care. I feel THAT I WILL NEVER BUY AT ANY NWJ ANYMORE DUE TO THE SERVICE I RECEIVED.
