The staff at Big Blue Canal Walk really have a great attitude. If you're getting some clothes together to try on, they'll go deposit it in the change rooms for you. They'll ask if they can help while you're trying on and go get another size for you. If the size isn't right and they don't have another in stock, they offer to contact other branches to look for your size. When you're done, there's a rail available to hang the items you won't take.

This proactive attitude is not the case in most shops, so it's much appreciated. One of the staff members even asked if she could draw my attention to some of their bags that were on sale. I didn't buy a bag, but I appreciate the drive with which she approaches her work.

Naturally, paying at the end is also handled quickly and with friendly courtesy.

I look forward to shopping at a Big Blue again.
