I, Sebenzile Mngadi, have a huge problem with Vodacom overcharging fees. I pay my monthly fee sometimes before the debit order date because the Vodacom agent advises me to do so if I have funds in my account. I do this just to avoid any budget issues in my bank account. However, Vodacom charges me again for the amount I have already paid, and on top of that, they penalize me for not having sufficient funds in my account, even though I have already paid the amount. Kindly help me. This has been going on for months now.
