First of all im very dissapointed in the service i got from capitec bank, a person should think that you as a customer would treated well, but it seems they only have their own interest at heart. On the 24th I went to the paarl branch to dispute a debit order was should not have gone off, as the youngh lady was busy with the dispute their system went offline, so the dispute did not go through i was adivsed to come back later the afternoon only to when i returned the system said the dispute has already been done. I was advised she just has to fax the form to them and then my money should be in my account. That did not happen at all I had to return to the bank several times but still i did not receive my money everytime they had a lame excuse. On Monday the 14th i returned again to find out what the hold up was and was then told they cant give my money back I have to take it up with the company which deducted the money because the dispute did not go through BUT i contacted the Company and according to them the amount which they deducted was later disputed by my bank. CAPITEC cant give me any answers what is a loyal client to do, this is unfair towards a client. utterly disgusted!!
