On the 10th May I logged a dispute with XDS credit bureau services, all documents were sent to their dispute email address. I received an email on the 10th May 2013 @ 10:41 from XDS dispute dept. acknowledging the receipt of my email, there was also a note stating that I'll receive an sms with dispute reference number - to dateI've not received any reference number.

I've made numerous calls to dispute department requesting the reference number and checking the progress on my dispute, the lady by the name of Carmen told me that she's unable to provide me with reference number due system technical issues.

On the 31st May @ 10:09, I called XDS and I spoke to Carmen again who assured me that the rescission of judgement will be granted and I will receive the notification from dispute dept. the next day confirming the removal of judgement to date I've not received anything. I called today and she promised that my dispute will be actioned today.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the empty promises and the horrible service I receive from XDS dispute dept.
