2 for 1.. not so special

I went to Clicks yesterday for my monthly toiletry shopping. there is a promotion on TLC facial cleansing wipes, buy one and get one free, but nowhere it is stipulated that it must be of the same kind. When i wanted to pay, i was informed by a very disinterested cashier, that it must be of the same kind. I walked to go and get a second packet, only to be treated very hostile by Ms Martha who got all rude when i mentioned the fact that it would be common practice to just put up a notice that the buy one get one free promo comes with distinct terms. I feel as a customer, dont treat me like i dont matter, cause if i take my business else where, you lost a sale, and trust me i have told my family to maybe think twice before supporting you store.
