Clicks selling FREE product offers for more

I'm very upset with the way the Clicks branch decided to manage my issue which has now become an upsetting irritation.

We went to Clicks to buy SKIP 2 KG Washing Powder, so at the store they currently displaying "On special" 2 KG washing powder for R69.95, then on the normal spot where all the washing powders are it's showing, R52.95 for the same product.

So we go to the customer service person to find out what's going on, so the conclusion (without any real assistance from him was that head office decides prices and there's nothing he can do and that's it.

The conclusion is that the R69, 95 product has 200 grams FREE which show's FREE on the products packaging and the R52, 95 version doesn't so they charging less for the same product.

The customer service rep and the cashier agreed that it's both the same units with a 200 grams free for the more expensive one, but at no point would anyone offer the lower price we were not considered and just turned away.

I have pics of the products and your advertising coupons. I can't believe this type of service!
