R12 999 for Faulty Goods, and shop wont swop out

PIONEER XDJ R1 bought for R12 999 - within 5 months of purchase, XDJ wireless never worked, unit would seize with high pitched noise, firmware updates did not fix issues but created more, bpm"s were completely off, USB gave CD error when no CD Present, because its my only source of income i could not bring it in because of season im a dj, and october thru december extremely busy, could not afford to send it away for a week or 2, unit kept freezing in the middle of gigs, and i kept asking to swop out, they insisted on sending it away, sent it away 5th of January, came back 5 weeks later, with nothing fixed except the play buttons after i was promised in front of witnesses that it had all been fixed, on top of that a mate with me bought a brand new XDJ R1 @ the same shop it seized the same night, and now on pioneers forum there are people worldwide complaining of the same issue, PIONEER knows that the units are faulty. for 5 weeks i've lost so much work because of their delaying, and Pro Audio (Pioneer) took 5 weeks to fix nothing and then tell the shop to send it back to them, I have been losing a lot of work because of this, and they don't give a, pls help me
