Good day

My name is Angie i went shopping for my babies medication at Clicks Pharmacy in Pretoria Vermelen Street, i saw a promotional booklet and one of the item i was buying was on promotion, now i was using my medical aid the cashier who was assisting me told me that there was a levy that i needed to pay and i didn't have a problem, so when i asked him how much was this medicine, he gave me a different price than that of the promotional booklet that they displayed on the counter which was more and when i asked but i saw that this medicine is on promotion why are you charging me so much? then the next door cashier responded rudely so and said the promotion is over and i asked her that then why didn't you remove these booklets if the promotion is over because a customer must pay the price they see, she then became rude and said that don't i see how long the queue is and she doesn't have time to remove those booklets because the queue's are long. i couldn't't believe that such a good place as clicks had staff who are that rude. i am so not impressed with them i am never going to do my shopping at that Clicks Pharmacy again.
