Last year my gp prescribed chronic medication. I asked them to sent it through to Clicks Direct Medicine. I was phoned later by Clicks and informed that my prescription was rejected by my medical aid. My GP re-wrote a prescription for generic medication. I was phoned in Dec by clicks informing me that they will be sending the generic medicine. I asked them to sent it through (another hellopeter report because of a RUDE employee of Clicks who refused to call me back to confirm the delivery address) to a clicks nearest to my vacation. After the confirmed date of delivery I went to the clicks but it wasn't there. I left for Cape Town and never received it. Had to buy medicine over the counter (cronic that should be free in this country by law) at a pharmacy that did not accept my medical aid. Yesterday I enquired from my gp if they indeed sent the generic prescription through and was confirmed. I laid a complain on Clicks' website and was phone now informed that they never received the new prescription. HOW COULD YOU THEN DELIVER GENERIG TO TZANEEN! Your playing with peoples lives. I dont want to be called back, never will do business with you again!! Never got a "Sorry" also.
