I sent an inquiry regarding my account to The JD Group on Tuesday, 21 Janaury 2014 and NO ONE has even attempted to assist me. My query has been sent around about 3 times. The last response I received was 27 January 2014 and that was just to indicate that my query has been sent to someone else. Since then no response. This is totally unacceptable. If it was monies outstanding then they would have been contacting me non stop and I would have gotten a response but now that I am disputing monies they are quite. I need a response!!!
