As a Premier client of FNB, i used the premier facilities to log a query that I had. The query that I had was that funds that i was transfering from my account to loan account were not reflecting. I had previously tried to report this using FNB online help - never had a response to this. While Oscar was pleasant and helpful he was unable to assist me any further and requested that I send through some documention. I did this last week Tuesday (18 June), i had an automated response stating that the query would be attended too within 24 hours - this did not happen. On Saturday 22nd June I had an email from Oscar advising that he apologised for not replying as the emails were down - I accepted that. But now on the 25th June - still no response. And it looks like i am going to have to foot the service charge for downloading a statement because FNB did not respond to my online query. That is why i will not let this matter rest and I need an urgent response too this matter.
