No Response from website

I queried by membership with the Aurora branch. They told me that I must log this query with client services via email, which I did. This was middle January 2014. I have to this day had to responses. About a week or so later I sent another query, but this time, I requested that the Gym contact me, as I want to join, still no response. What pathetic service, they don't even want new members, no wonder their numbers are declining!
