No response, incorrect prices and poor quality

I sent a complaint to the PnP customer email regarding the poor quality if the fruit and veg as well as the fact that I have been charged incorrectly for products 3 times that I know about over the last few months. The supervisors argue with you when the errors are pointed out. PnP also claim that they double the difference although this has never been offered (nor did I ask for it). I received no response to the first email. I sent a second and copied the Woodmead customer care person. Again no response over 2 weeks. PnP clearly doesn't care as indicated by their staff attitude and lack of response from their customer care people. Time to try out the new Checkers in Rivonia.
