We thought it best to purchase a new lounge suite (An Saratoga RP-812 3 PCE LTH UP) in December. We realised that it was a HUGE mistake as the single couch was damaged. We communicated this to the branch and was informed that the supplier will be closed during the holiday season and that we best take it back in January which we did then. The couch was repaired but only to notice that the repairs done was really unprofessional, I refused to accept it like that. We went back to fetch the so called replaced couch. After inspection we found the replaced couch had a cut in and looked second hand. I refused to accept this. I spoke to the branch sales manager Andre and informed him of our concerns and also informed him about the two seater couch of which one of the chairs is slagging to the right. NOW we are told that their supplier has no stock of the said lounge suite and they must find a similar one. They want to exchange the suite to one which is not similar and not of the same quality which i will not accept. I have exhausted all means of communication as not even their customer care is responding. We have been with a incomplete set now for 3 months.
