Makro make's fools out of us

Hi,
Im a loyal and dedicated customer at Makro, I do my monthly grocery shopping there, I even go pass Makro on a weekly basis for the little things I need in my house. But today was another story, I never felt so disgusted in my entire life. I went to Makro today doing my groceries. As i wanted to start my car it gave problems. I went back inside for assistance as my car boke down in the parking and was rudely told they cannot assist me. I then asked the reception desk if i could please make an urgent call as my car broke down and my cell phone battery was flat. The guy told me I need to buy airtime if i want to use his phone and I then turned to his colleuges to make fun of me and my situation in which they did not hesitate to do. The final straw was them mocking my phone when all I asked for was for them to charge it. If it had not been for the kind stranger in the parking who gave me his cell phone to make a call i still would have been in that silly parking.
THANKS MAKRO YOU WON'T BE SEEING ME AGAIN!
