Makro Centorion's - terrible service on repair

I submitted my Lenovo Laptop for repairs under the warrantee at Makro Centorion on the 4th of September 2013.

First there was a administration error on Makro's side - the in corrected repair agent was listed to me as the repair agent. This took many calls and days to determine who is actually repairing the notebook.

After countless calls to Makro they finally promised more than 3 weeks ago that I can come and fetch it. However, today the 22 of October 2013 I still don't have it. Makro merely neglect to pick it up every week at the repair agent.

No one knows why and cant explain it. Various Makro poeple I spoke to on a weekly basis always promise that it would be done this week and to call me back with confirmation. They never call back.

It is the worst service I encountered in a very long time. How can I wait for a notebook I desperately need for 7 weeks with no end in sight? Only the hard drive was replaced as far as i could determine.

The minor price benefit at Makro for such equipment simply does not justify this horrible service and turn around time.

I would now like to ask Makro Centurion - what now? Yes, I' will phone again today.
