Very bad in every thing about it

Where to start . if you walk in the store it smells, it looks so bad, do they even wash the floors with proper chemicals . the products on the shells are full of dust and stick. the prices on not even one products i wanted to buy had the right price on them the lady at the meet corner had such a bad attitude ignored me point black, the staff on the floor in the store was so help full and then when i needed to pay for my staff there was only a had full of counters open but the lines so very long and I don't thing that most of that tills get used . when it was my turn the to pay for my staff . the lady was chewing a chappies like a cow. bad mannered . did not even said hello or ask do i want i bag, at the end i ask may i have a bag and it was i was like asking her for something big . then when i ask her i would like to get air time and drew money she said I need to go to the money market and to stand in a very long row agen, I told her that that's fine i Walk out of there not paying and not getting the things i wanted, I had 2 trollies fully loaded and was R8500 - in Total so They did not just lost that money but lost a client thats R9000 x 12=R108 000 a year. what a joke!
