Bad Service at Russels Southgate

Hi, I have experienced ENDLESS frustrations with Mbali at Russells, Southgate. I bought a tri bunk and coffee table from her on Saturday, 18th January. She confirmed that it would be delivered on Thursday, 23rd Jan. On 23rd we made arrangements to wait for delivery and reschedule our day accordingly. Nobody arrived to deliver and we were then told they will come on Friday, 24th January. Again, we made arrangements and nobody came. Mbali then committed to Saturday, 25th and confirmed they would arrive. STILL NOTHING. I then called her and said she needs to call me on Monday to confirm delivery and she agreed. I called on Monday and she was not at work - I then spoke to Thomas who arranged for delivery on Wednesday. However, when they came they did not assemble the bunks (We PAID for it to be done) - I called again today 30 Jan and spoke to Lance the Branch Manager and he tells me they will come to assemble today. (He cannot understand why they did not assemble the unit). MY question to Lance (The BRANCH MANAGER) was "How will you compensate me for the inconvenience? His answer is "There is nothing" - I need to know how will Russells compensate me for my time and frustration.
