Please assist. I don't know who elso to go to!!

In November 2013 I bought a Blackberry 9320 at CNA Hatfield. I bought this phone on my Edgars account. I bought this phone for my Mother as a git. After a week the phone started giving problems. It reboots by itself. Sometimes when you are busy typing a bbm or even if you don't do anything on the phone it just reboots.
On 9 December I went back to CNA who referred me to Vodacom repairs Hatfield Plaza. The phone came back. Since we received the phone back we had the same problem. we were away on holiday and couldn't bring it in. On 14 January I took the phone back to CNA and I was referred back to Vodacom repairs Hatfield who told me the phone had to be send to head office. On 20 January I got the phone back and it was completely in the same condition as I handed it in. It is still rebooting by itself and sometimes all info of my contacts are wiped completely. Now I have been told by CNA I have to take the phone back to Vodacom Repairs??? Why??? I WANT MY EDGARS ACCOUNT TO BE CREDITED OR ANOTHER PHONE WHICH IS IN A WORKING CONDITION. After paying R2000 for something you cant use at all. I don't know where to go to. This is not acceptable. PLEASE HELP!!
