No response on faulty bed reported- False Promise

Last year around May I bought a Seally brand bed cash and paid delivery fees for the bed as the shop consultant advised me it was a good move than having to use my own transport. A month later the base of the bed started making some funny noise as if something was lose and i reported the matter and they told me they will send people to come inspect what could be the issue before they can replace the base. No one came and later received a sms saying they will exchange the base and they gave me a REF number to give to the sales assistance to make a new order for me, I did give in the REF # and she said she placed the order, a week later she called to say they where out of stock of the bed and it shall be sorted as soon as the new stock arrives, a month later I went to the store myself and she told me she forgot about my complaint. she then reported the matter to the warehouse people who called me and told me it was the first time they received my complaint and that was not true as they called me after the complaint was placed and they gave me a reference number.
Their service is very bad as they don't even call me I am the one who follow up on the process. Till today i am still waiting.
