Pay and be thankfull they delivered half the goods

In January I paid R3000 for a kitchen unit worth R5500, and then later in Feb I paid the due balance of R2500.When I ordered the unit, the Kristen 4 drawer was not on the floor, but the sales consultant promised to fetch it from Jabulani mall branch. When I went to do the final payment on the 23 Feb, Russells still didn't have the unit but assured me it was in a warehouse and they will deliver it in 2 - 3 days. Week of the 26 Feb they delivered the units still with the 4 drawer missing, and never even updated me on anything unless I call them. 10 March, I decided to have the manager fetch whatever they delivered because their service was bad and refund me. She said it was my fault I was making deals with Russells sales agents, and she wont refund me, I'll have to wait for the delivery, as soon as she finds it, she'll deliver it, she's telling me this after 2 weeks of non-delivery, she's commanding me to wait till they can get those drawers. And if she cannot deliver it, she'll come and fetch the ones they already delivered and I'll have to pay for the pick up. She told me I should be thankfull I got half of the stock. I should pay and be at mercy? Is this what Russells is about?
