Delivery promised on the evening

I bought a refrigirator from russells on saturday. I ask if they could deliver it on the same day. They said it would be imposible. I then alerted them that it would be better if i buy the fridge some other time then because my current one is not working and it would be pointless for me to buy the fridge if it will be delivered during the week as i wont be available. The floor guy insistered that i should by the fridge cause they have a evening delivery. So this was then ok, The deal was they would deliver on monday evening. Monday during the day, i called russells they then asured me that the would call me in the evening for delivery. The same guy i spoke to on saturday. Long story short. Monday evening nobody delivered a fridge to my place. Now i'm going to KZN will be there for approximately 10 days. This has inconvinienced me, my food will be rooten when i come back.
