On Sunday the 24/11/2013 my Boyfriend and i went to Russells South Gate branch in Jhb, I bought and payed for a bed in full and also for Delivery, the arrangement i made with the woman who said she is the manager was that i send through the address in the week because it is a new place and she'd arrange that the bed be delivered on saturday the 30/11/2013... today 27/11/2013 i get a call from her telling me that the warehouse closes at 11am on saturday and the guys at warehouse complain that they get home too late because of deliveries, she then suggests that i use "A guy" that she knows to do the delivery for me but i need to come in to the store to collect my refund for the delivery, i asked her who the guy is she said he does deliveries for Russells on and off, i then asked that she gives me the number to the warehouse so i could speak to someone there she spoke to another woman (in a language i do not understand) and then told me she'd call and "SEE" what she could do, frustrated i told her to make her job and that of the warehouse staff easier i will come through and get a refund she replied SHAP, i am disgusted by this treatment and that they do business this way.
