I'm so disappointed with the service I'm getting from your branch in Menlyn.
On the 6th of January 2014 I went to your branch and requested for an additional card under my husband's account and I was told it will be posted to our address, to my surprise I'm still waiting for the card I don't know if I will wait for the whole year or the card is still being manufactured.
Can anyone please get back us as to why the card is taking so long to be delivered to us.
