I guess paying so much more having a private cheque and credit card that comes with some really incompetent staff

I have been phoned so many times to upgrade my credit card account, once I have agreed the card was ordered and I requested this card to be deliver at a branch close to home (this was requested from the personal banker and assistant) on the 16th of January 2014

On the 21st of January 2014 I received and sms stating the card will be delivered to FNB PRIVATE CLIENTS PTA, I then take off work to collect this card on the 24th of January 2014 to be told the card is not at the branch and I spend 20 minutes standing waiting for them to trace the card

I was told they will phone me which they never did, and I am still waiting to be notified when my card will be delivered

I guess its best to have a simple account with no benefits and cheap billing and maybe you could get better service. The personal banker as not yet responded or phoned me once since I complained

I don't want to deal with them anymore as they are clearly not assisting anywhere

I am disgusted with your Private Client Service
