Ad attitude and issue

On the 28th I went to a Studio 88 in Carlton Centre I bought a soccer shirt and a pair of jeans and when I wanted to pay I was told that they don't have a speed point that has access to RCS and I was told to go to Side Step. Now the moment I walked in this lady who was at the till asked the guy I was what does he want can't he see its almost home time she further said blacks are a nuisance they sit the whole day and at the very last minute they want to come and do shopping actually she wishes my card declines cause I'm a nuisance and irritating her cause I'm giving her job now she must do this and that caus of me

I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service and being told in my face tha I'm black, irritating and a nuisance and quite frankly I irritate her, yesterday I called the side step head office to lodge a complain I spoke to the receptionist and she said she call me back in 10 minutes but till today I haven't heard anything from her I guess they don't know the value of a good customer and don't know how to appreciate one

I won't ever do my shopping at these stores I might look green but I'm defenitely not a cabbage and don't appreciate being treated like one
