I want my money

I was in debt with TFG, I have paid off the debt but paid an extra R1200 odd. I have received a paid up letter. I was told to contact TFG which I did they then told me to contact Real People who then put me through to DMC again. All the above people cannot tell me who can help me or how I will be refunded. I am tired of being pushed from pillar to post. They are very quick to harass a person when they are owed money but don't seem to know how to give it back. Not happy
