Still No Delivery of Credit Card

Hi, As per my previous request, I have requested a linked credit card from FNB, on 24 January 2013, received a call from FNB informing that credit card will be delivered on 29 January 2013, However no delivery was made, then on 29 January received a sms stating that card will be delivered on 30 January, still no card, received another sms stating that card will be delivered on 31 January 2013, and on 31 January received another sms stating that card will be delivered today (31 January) and still no card, FNB informed me that the card was delivered before 12pm on 31 Jan, but card was not received by any recipient, so card was delivered to the wrong address. Today is 01 February 2013 and still no card. FNB has made the recipient cancel all appointments on 29 and 30 January to be able to receive card. This is really poor service from FNB and I am highly disappointed.
