I had walked into the store wanting to purchase a new bed. On arrival, i had found the staff members bunched up talking and laughing with each other with out even greeting me or my accomplice. After i viewed the beds by myself for 20 minutes, i then had to call a staff member that was on the phone and ask for help. The next day i walked into the store with my documents to open an account, and there was no staff at all in the store. I had to wait for 15 minutes till someone walked passed me and i had to be the one to ask for help. I requested to speak to the manager of the store. When i confronted the manager of the store, and told him about the bad service and told him i will be calling head office, he responded ' no problem its fine, you can do so'. I walked out of the store being disgusted by the serviced received.
