REFUNDS REFUSED

On the 20th of December I purchased a book on the Kalahari website from a third party seller with an 18 day delivery time. When the book was not delivered within the allotted time I contacted the call centre and after much effort got the contact details of the seller who informed me that the book was sold months before and they didnt recieve any money for it. So i then again contacted the call centre and was told they would call me back once the refund wad processed, a call I recieved 2 - 3 weeks ago. In the last couple weeks I have contacted the customer care line many times to find out what the progress of the refund is which has been halted by people "unable" to help or who will "call" me back.
