HI, I emailed you on 26th and 28th Jan and have still not received feedback. On Sunday 26th Jan while my wife was carrying the carton of low fat long life milk, the box as well as red ribbon (handle) broke and almost landed on her foot. This has happend o me THREE times now! You send me vouchers in the post, but this does not rectify the problem with your packaging...?? Can I have some feedback please seeing as the people on the receving end of [Email Removed] are who do not respond.
