I had a bad exsperions at House & Home. We payed for 2 Aircons that was on a special at there store
R4000.00. They send us to the delivery store. At the delivery store I wait for an hour when I asked them where is my aircons. The lady at dilivery told us they can't find our aircons. After an hour and a half I asked them again where my stuff is. You will not beleive that the aircons they want us to take was not in boxes no remote no wires nothing and it was old damaged pieces. After 2 hours I asked them to call the Manager. When
I asked him about the aircons he just look at me and said no word. After 3 hours of waiting they cancel the deal and I can say forced us to take more exspensive aircons and my husband had to pay in R2000.00.
We had to drove back to Secunda after 5 hours in there store. When we chosen something and he check there was no stock. I want them to paqy me back my R2000.00 as it was there fault.
