Pick 'n Pay
Bad Cashier Attitude - Cashier 1, 28/01/2014 1:25p

I was at the cashier (no 1) to pay for my goods when she asked me if i had a smart shopper Card, and I said yes, in my mind at some stage she will require the card when she is done summing up all the goods, then i pay and i ask her if she is not going to use my card, and she says to me ''why didn't you tell me you had the card? '' then I told her I did, and she replies using a very sarcastic tone ''well you did not give it to me! '' and she hands me over my slips.

I honestly hate dealing with cashiers who do not care about clients such as this lady, i use to shop at this mall in pick 'n pay and frankly that was the worst cashier I ever interacted with. Really hope such behavior gets dealt with accordingly
