Unethical transactions

I was at the Pick 'n Pay in Irene Village Mall earlier today.
Normally the cashier would ask if you do have a "Smart Shoppers" card to receive credit on it.
This indeed happens to me as well, but when I did not produce it (saying no) the cashier took to it upon themselves to receive the due/optional credit. No permission was asked of me, and if weren't for the person who stood next to me I wouldn't even have noticed this (sly).

I personally find find highly unethical: I find a great deal of disrespect towards me as the customer.
The cashier is abusing the system due to their "imposed" power, and taking something that's not their to take. On a philosophical level I would even go as far to say that this is. I do not even want to know how much she has benefited at the expense of other customers.

The cashier in question is RATANANG LEFIFI, and the ending digits of the "Smart Shopper" card that was used during the transaction is 4430.

I'm highly disappointed in this, and hope that the staff member will be consulted about this type of sly behavior.
